The Promoter is Van Diemen Quality Bulbs (ABN 46 062 668 694) of 363 Table Cape Rd, Wynyard TAS 7325.

STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

WHO CAN ENTER

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Australian residents only.

2.2. Employees, franchisees and their immediate families of Van Diemen Quality Bulbs, or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.

HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on the 20/07/2022 at 10:00AM AEST and closes 31/05/2023 at 11:59PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).

3.2 In order to enter, the facebook or instagram post must feature a Van Diemen quality bulbs product from our current or previous collections and be tagged with @vandiemenqualitybulbs, a # with variety is optional.

3.3 Entrants may enter multiple times, however likes will not be accumulated.

3.4 For practical reasons, posts must be publicly available in order to qulaify.

PRIZES

4.1 First prize will be awarded to the single most liked photo between Facebook and Instagram.

4.2 Runner up prizes will be awarded to the most liked photo between facebook and instagram for each of the 3 categories; Potted garden, 'in the garden' and bouqet/arrangement.

4.3 Category type will be identified by Van Diemen Quality Bulbs.

First prize;

For one winner and a friend of their choice

The winning entry will receive return flights from their nearest Australian capital city to Burnie or Devonport Airport, for a weekend at Table Cape Tulip Farm in October 2023, two nights accommodation and a hire car for three days. For any period between the 3rd and 17th of October.

Total prize pool value up to $3,300 AUD, reflecting maximum flight costs as of June 2022.

4.2 Prize does not include any transport or accommodation that may be necessary to take part in the prize.

4.3 Travel dates must be finalised within two weeks of the prize being claimed.

4.4 Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 10 days after the end of the promotion period will be awarded to another entrant as determined by the Promoters. The prize will then be offered to the runner up in most likes.

If required, this will occur on 11/6/2023 and continue until the prize has been claimed.

SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS

5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.

5.2 The winner will be selected by the Van Diemen Quality Bulbs on the 1/06/2023 at 4:00PM AEST.

5.3 The winner will be notified by social media account used to enter and will be announced on Van Diemen Quality Bulbs social media platforms after the prize has been claimed.

5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final.

NO LIABILITY

6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to lockdowns, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition or other as subject to any State Legislation.

6.2 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

6.3 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:

6.3.1 during the draw;

6.3.2 in the participation in any prize

6.3.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;

6.3.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;

6.3.5 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6.4 The Promoters and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.

6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter’s which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter’s reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter’s and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
