& Despatch Information
Our trading terms for mail orders are payment with order. Details can
be found on our order form.
All bulbs ordered are labelled and accompanied by growing instructions.
Despatches begin in March when the weather is moderating.
All spring bulb orders received prior to this should be delivered by
22nd of March and we continue to post out until mid May.
Summer bulbs will not begin despatch until July, so they will be sent
separately from any other bulbs that you order. Every effort is made
to deliver sound healthy bulbs, so please contact us if there are any
problems, as we are here to assist you. Our liability is however, limited
to the value of the bulbs delivered. Postage costs are payable on both Spring and Summer bulb orders.
We recommend that you unpack your order on arrival, open the tops of
the bags, and leave them in a well ventilated area. Try to ensure that
the bulbs are not subject to sustained periods of high temperature and
never store with fruit because of possible ethylene damage.
