A slowly spreading perennial from western North America. The many pink and white flowers appear first on long stalks from 40+ cm tall, then large rhubarb like leaves appear and display fantastic autumn colours when dying down for winter.
Plant Damera in a semi shade position with the top of the bulbs just below the soil and approx. 30cm apart. They like a moist situation making them ideal for around ponds. They are rich feeders so mulch with compost annually.
