A hardy plant producing sprays of lavender blue flowers in late summer and autumn.
Aster are easily grown in sun or part shade. They look lovely amongst Cyclamen, miniature bulbs and dwarf Aquilegia. They are frost tolerant and drought resistant. Cut them back lightly after flowering to promote new foliage. Planting depth is the same as in pot supplied and can be planted 50-60cm apart.
